Shipping Policy

At Moveluna, every order ships with a tracking number, worldwide.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During holidays and sale seasons, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date.

Shipping costs
Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs and import taxes
Displayed prices do not include customs or import duties. Depending on your country, these may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival and are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@moveluna.com within 12 hours of placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@moveluna.com — you are eligible for a full refund.
